Core Advantages of Our Products

High-purity electroplating-grade zinc sulfate heptahydrate with extremely low impurity levels, transparent crystalline particles, and high solubility; resistant to weathering and caking, with excellent stability during ocean transport and storage; all specifications meet international electroplating process standards, ensuring stable bath solutions, high-quality coatings, and reduced defect rates; the preferred alternative raw material for overseas electroplating production lines, with quality specifically tailored for export.

1.Ultra-high purity with rigorous control of trace impurities, suitable for high-end electroplating processes:

The product meets premium-grade standards for main content and boasts industry-leading purity; heavy metals such as iron, copper, lead, cadmium, and arsenic, as well as insoluble impurities, are strictly controlled, with impurity levels far below international limits for the electroplating industry. It completely eliminates the pain points associated with ordinary industrial-grade zinc sulfate: Eliminates production defects such as blackening, pinholes, pitting, peeling, passivation film cracking, and reduced corrosion resistance of the plating layer. Suitable for all processes including acid rack plating, barrel plating, potassium salt zinc plating, and zinc-nickel alloy plating. Ideal for automotive hardware, precision fasteners, furniture fittings, high-end electroplated components for hardware and building materials. The finished coating is uniform and lustrous with maximum adhesion, significantly enhancing the quality of end products.

2.High quality and resistant to caking; low loss during storage and transportation; worry-free cross-border trade:

Thanks to our proprietary crystallization process, the product resists caking, has excellent flowability, and is resistant to weathering and compression-induced hardening. It is suitable for long-distance sea transport, cross-border warehousing, and long-term storage in high-temperature, high-humidity warehouses.

3.Strict quality control in line with international electroplating parameters, with zero batch-to-batch variation:

We strictly adhere to international testing standards for electroplating-grade raw materials, ensuring full compliance with pH, zinc ion concentration, water of crystallization content, and water-insoluble matter. There is virtually no deviation in physical and chemical properties between batches, eliminating the need for customers to adjust their existing electroplating formulas, production equipment, or process parameters. This results in zero trial-and-error during replenishment and zero production cost losses.

4.Factory-direct custom export solutions tailored to overseas operating conditions and compliant packaging:

Professional chemical export certification; moisture-proof and leak-proof export-grade packaging to prevent damage from moisture during ocean transport; support for overseas bulk container bookings and custom-formula contract manufacturing; suitable for a wide range of global applications including electroplating production lines, metal surface passivation, electrolyte preparation, and metal corrosion protection; offers far better value for money than imported raw materials of the same grade.

Packaging and Transportation

1

product-900-599

  • Standard Packaging: Double-layer packaging bags with inner plastic and outer woven layers, providing moisture resistance, leak prevention, and abrasion resistance. Standard specification is 25kg/bag; bulk bag packaging can be customized upon request.
  • Packaging Labeling: Packaging can be customized according to customer requirements.

(II) Transportation Requirements

- Transportation Methods: Road or sea freight. Classified as general cargo requiring no special transport permits.

- Transportation Precautions:

  •  Vehicles must be clean, dry, and odor-free. Avoid co-loading with alkaline substances or oxidizing agents.
  •  Handle with care during loading/unloading to prevent bag damage.
  •  Implement rainproof, moisture-proof, and sun-proof measures during transit to prevent product dampness or weathering.

(III) Storage Conditions

  •  Store in a dry, well-ventilated, cool warehouse away from water sources, heat sources, and direct sunlight. Warehouse relative humidity must not exceed 60%.
  •  Stack products at least 10 cm above the floor and away from walls to prevent moisture absorption. Shelf life is 12 months (unopened and stored under specified conditions). Use promptly after opening and reseal tightly.
  •  Periodically inspect packaging integrity during storage. If bags are damaged or product has caked, handle promptly. This does not affect product efficacy.

(IV) Safety Precautions

  •  This product is acidic. Avoid direct contact with skin or eyes. Wear gloves and safety goggles during handling. If contact occurs, immediately rinse thoroughly with copious amounts of water.
  •  Do not ingest. Store in areas clearly marked with "NOT FOR CONSUMPTION" warnings. Keep separate from food and animal feed.
